Job Responsibility
- Advise internal stakeholder teams on Dominican corporate, investment, commercial, labor and administrative law as assigned; research issues, draft concise legal opinions and propose practical options and approvals.
- Prepare and maintain corporate records, shareholder and management resolutions, powers of attorney, registrations and beneficial-ownership documentation; coordinate statutory filings, amendments and permit renewals with local advisors and competent authorities.
- Draft and negotiate procurement, network rollout, site, lease, sales, partnership and service contracts; flag approval, liability, payment, data, tax and dispute clauses for specialist review where needed. Support investment and related-party transactions, internal policies and legal training.
- Maintain contract and legal-obligation trackers and archive signed documents. Coordinate with the telecom specialist and risk team on compliance issues, and assist with claims and external counsel instructions.
Knowledge & Competencies
- Strong Dominican corporate, contract and registration practice
- Clear Spanish drafting, negotiation and legal research
- Experience in telecom, infrastructure, investment or multinational in-house work is an advantage
- Able to manage deadlines, document versions and external counsel efficiently
- Complementary corporate and commercial strengths
