Job Responsibility
1. Review and create implementation plans of the license of a new BTS approved by Managers (10%).
2. Implementation of the plan license approved by manager (60%).
• Control branch/partner follow daily, weekly plan to complete the target of license.
• Follow-up and control for the elaboration, sending of technical files and obtain the license as well as the survey of observation that they present until obtaining the license.
• Update and register the data of all licenses (Municipality, Environmental and special zones), and save it in owncloud.
3. Evaluate the job performance results by daily, weekly, monthly. (10%).
• Analyze, evaluate and rate units that perform in accordance with license and rent plan.
• Propose solutions to ensure license progress and project quality.
4. Report the results about the progress of the environmental licenses obtain daily, weekly, monthly. (10%).
5. Other task (10%)
• Under the direction and assignment of direct management/higher levels of management.
Key Requirements
1. Knowledge
- Electronic Engineering, Telecom Engineering, University majoring in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related
- Advanced in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge in AutoCAD, Visio.
- Knowledge in MS PROJECT
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure
- Knowledge in negotiation
- Knowledge of the Law for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure, environmental laws and regulatory standards on environmental impact in telecommunications.

- Control in obtaining authorization and licenses to avoid penalties. (FUIIT, MINAN, MINCUL, SERNANP,.)

- Minimum education: University
- 3 years of experience
- Languages: English (TOEIC 650+)
- Knowledge: Microsoft project, Security standards, Radiofrequency
